Dog walking services can be available daily, multi-daily and even weekly.  A dog walker can walk your dog when you are unable to do so. Using a dog walker provides exercise activity for your pet.

What Are Some of the Dog Walking Duties a Dog Walker Provides?

Dog Walking 2, HouseCleaning360, HC360They begin their job by picking up the dog usually from the clients home.

One of their duties and the main one is to provide daily exercise for a client’s dog. The walking/exercise time can range from 15 minutes to 2 hours at a time.

One of the yuckiest and stinkiest duties of dog walking is cleaning up after the pet.  They pick up droppings and make sure that nothing was left behind.

After the dog’s walk, they make sure that the dog has enough food and water.

Along with these duties, they also have to schedule walking time for each dog. Especially if they are walking more than one at a time. Plus they have to communicate with their owners about their dog’s daily activity.

Crime scene cleanup is also known as biohazard remediation. Crime scene cleanup is the clean up of blood and bodily fluids. And other probable infectious materials that go with unattended death, homicide or suicide.

Types of Crime Scene Cleanup:

  • Crime Scene Clean Up 2, HouseCleaning360, House Cleaning 360, HC360Unattended death (homicide and suicide)
  • Communicable disease disinfection
  • Blood cleanup
  • Biohazard remediation and disinfection
  • Hazardous waste removal
  • Odor Removal and Pet Odor Removal
  • Commercial and Industrial Accidents

Crime scene cleaners are also known as forensic cleaners. They help to make the cleanup process easier. Especially for the families and friends dealing with the death of a loved one.

Why should you hire a crime scene cleaner? And not clean up the mess yourself? You should hire them because they sanitize the entire crime scene. They make sure to pay attention to detail. And they take special care to protect everyone involved.

Other reasons to hire a crime scene cleaner:

  • They train to clean up crime scenes
  • They have the personal protective equipment (PPE) that they use for the cleanup
  • Forensic cleaners help to prevent cross-contamination
  • Sanitization – they are careful when they test the crime scene area. And they clean everything. They make sure ATP levels are at 0 and that no living organism has survived.
  • They dispose of biohazardous materials. When clean up is complete, they dispose of the waste. Like bloody carpets or blood-soaked furniture.  It gets taken to an approved disposal site in specially marked containers.

Sell Me a Story Saturday @ Story Selling For Your Business

Everyone in the HouseCleaning360 Group is selling something, yourself, your services or a product. The problem is that we’re all oversold and all over spammed.

Even slight recommendations for your product make us want to delete and block you. So how do you compete with that? The answer is simple. You tell stories. People will remember a story long after it’s over, and connect you to the stories you tell.

This is important because when people recommend you to their friends, they re-tell the memorable stories or anecdotes you’ve shared. It makes their friends want to buy from you as well. It’s called “word of mouth” marketing and it’s phenomenal.

Sell Me a Story

On Saturdays, we ask you to SELL ME A STORY. In your story:
• Tell us what you do
• Why we should care
• Ask us to do one thing only. (buy, like, share, follow, visit, try, test, etc.)
• You may include 1 link only. (social media, website, product, webinar, email list etc.)
• Tag your story with the hashtag #HouseCleaning360 so you are indexed in this thread and people searching this thread will find you.
Each week you get to share a NEW story about your business, yourself or the services or products you sell. You have all week to craft your story. Saturday is showtime.
Each week you will have a call to action (CTA) where you will include a link to the item in your story that you want us to interact with.

Three Places to Post Your Story

In order to help you get the most visibility for your time investment, there are three places to post your weekly story.
1 – In the comment section of the group thread. https://www.facebook.com/groups/HouseCleaning360/

2 – In the comment section of the pinned thread on our public site https://www.facebook.com/HouseCleaning360/

3 – in the description section of your https://HouseCleaning360.com Fan Page where it will live forever and be searched by the search engines and drive traffic to your fan page. * This is the most important place to post your story because you’re building a fandom there. When we drive customers to your fan page it’s the stories that will hook them and make them want to do business with you.

It’s story time.
What have you got?

Home security is a system or device put in place to secure your home or personal property.

What Types of Home Security Are There?

Home Security 2, HouseCleaning360, House Cleaning 360, HC360There are many security systems out on the market. But when it comes to your home which one will you need?

Some homeowners may want to install a security system for their whole house. While others may just want an outdoor camera as opposed to having an indoor one.

A parent with a new baby may want a baby monitor, to watch their baby. And some will want a remote-controlled surveillance system. That they can access even when they’re not home.

Each home is different and so is the need for each owner.  So security systems will vary from home to home.

What Do You Do Wednesday @ Online Pitch Fest

What Do You Do Wednesday @ Online Pitch Fest

What Do You Do Wednesday

The purpose of having a referral network is to refer business to each other. Lots of us interact with each other in various online or networking groups and we are friends. But we really don’t know the best way to promote ourselves and each other.

On Wednesdays in the HouseCleaning360 Group we play a business game called What Do You Do?

It’s a mini pitch fest. It’s an elevator pitch. It’s what you say when someone asks you “What do you do?”

Every Week The Call to Action Changes – And So Does Your Pitch

NOTE: Every week we will ask you for a different call to action. This is where at the end of your pitch you ask for something. (i.e. a like, a share, a referral, visit my website, check out my products, give us a call etc.) This will get us in the habit of seamlessly asking clients for the next step in the business cycle.

If you haven’t already, this is a good time to craft a few well-designed sentences that say:
• Who are you?
• What do you do?
• Who do you serve (your target audience)?
• Why should people care?
• Call to action. ( example: Invite us to your Facebook Page)

______________

EXAMPLE:
“Hi, I’m Angela Brown. I’m the founder of Savvy Cleaner Training. I help house cleaners and maids start and grow their cleaning businesses. Did you ever wonder how house cleaners choose their cleaning supplies? Or how they clean out a vacuum? I’ve got gobs of answers to questions just like that on my Facebook page. Check it out and give me a thumbs up if you think I’m on the right track.
https://www.facebook.com/SavvyCleaner/

What do you do?”
(Your turn)
